A Hot Recipe For Success is a hands-on training program that uses collaborative cooking exercises to enhance the interpersonal dynamics of your managers, teams, and executives.
Led by our Hot Recipe facilitators, our programs get participants working in small teams to plan, prepare, and serve a snack, appetizer or meal. This fun, interactive approach provides participants with key skills and insights necessary for working with their team members' unique tastes. Participants will learn the art of effective:

A Hot Recipe For Success offers customized cooking programs that fit your corporate needs. Depending on space and resources these exercises can be conducted at your workplace or meeting site.
Our Hot Recipe Professional Chef, Tom Martin, is available to bring gourmet tastes to your palette for our half-day, full day, and longer retreat programs. You provide us with participants who are hungry for knowledge and we'll provide expert facilitation and all the necessary ingredients, tools and appliances.
Our Program Menu includes:
- The Appetizer (45-60 minute ice-breaker activity)
- The Entrée (customized full or ½ day team-building session)
- The Head Chef Series (customized sessions for executive retreats)
The Hot Recipe Team

Roberta Chinsky Matuson is a seasoned human resource specialist with a 20-year track record. She is known for her ability to quickly assess situations and to provide creative, realistic solutions to everyday human resource problems.
Ms. Matuson is the principal of Human Resource Solutions, a firm that helps start-ups and entrepreneurial companies align people assets with business goals. As an industry leader, she has worked as the HR Careers Expert for Monster.com has been quoted in news publications and trade journals throughout the country. She has been a guest on a number of radio and television shows, including Fox News' "O'Reilly Factor."

Gail Finger is the owner of Finger Consulting, an organizational, leadership and management consulting firm. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of human motivation, performance, and the psychology of change, and has consulted to organizations in both the private and public sector.
Ms. Finger offers a wide array of services and programs that result in a highly motivated and productive workforce. They include leadership and management coaching, team development, succession and promotion planning, pre-employment assessments, and a variety of educational and experiential seminars.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating simple original recipes designed to please a crowd!

Tom Martin is a professional chef who has over 15 years experience cooking for some of Massachusetts's finest Four Star restaurants-including Boston's famed L'Espalier and Cambridge's Upstairs at the Pudding. He has a liberal arts degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnestoa and a culinary degree from St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute.
Tom is passionate about sharing his love of cooking with others. He has taught technical cooking seminars at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. He has also taught himself how to paint.
Having been raised in Minnesota, Tom has a passion for pies and butter sculpture.
