Founder's Biography

picture of founder Gail FingerGail Finger brings over 20 years of experience in human motivation, performance and the psychology of change to her work. Her experience includes working as a consultant, executive coach, corporate trainer and psychotherapist. She has consulted to a wide variety of organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Gail sees potential in every individual and every organization she works with. She is fascinated by the unique strengths and talents that each individual brings to work each day and believes that the best way to help organizations succeed is to ensure that each individual is truly engaged in their work. She helps individuals to reach peak performance by helping them to recognize and harness their unique strengths and talents. Through an in-depth process of assessment, action planning, training and coaching, Gail helps organizations to achieve sustainable success.

A sample of organizations Gail has worked with include: the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bayer Pharmaceutical, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and American Water as well as numerous small to medium-sized manufacturing and service businesses and non-profit organizations.

Gail holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. She is certified in a wide variety of selection, behavioral workstyle and organizational assessment tools including SHL's Career Pathfinder, Abilities and Behavioral Workstyle Assessments, The Predictive Index, Bigby-Havis Assess, and the Denison Organizational Survey and Leadership 360 Survey. She is also certified in the SHL and Predictive Index tools for competency model development.
